By accessing and using makecalls.online ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and makecalls.online. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

makecalls.online provides VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telecommunications services that allow users to make international and domestic calls through web browsers and mobile applications.

Service Features

• Mobile applications for iOS and Android
• International calling to 236+ countries
• Contact management and call history
• Custom caller ID options (US only)
• Virtual phone number purchases
• Pay-as-you-go pricing with transparent rates

User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.

Payment & Credits

Pricing

• Pay-as-you-go model starting from $0.02 per minute
• Rates vary by destination country
• All rates are displayed in USD
• No contracts or subscription fees for calling

Credits

• Credits must be purchased before making calls
• Minimum purchase amount: $5.00
• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• All payments processed securely through Stripe

Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds for used calling credits. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, subject to a processing fee.

Phone Numbers

Users may purchase dedicated phone numbers for incoming calls:

• Available in select countries
• Monthly subscription fee (varies by country)
• Auto-renewal on the monthly anniversary date
• Can be cancelled at any time
• Numbers may be reclaimed if payment fails
• Porting numbers from other providers may be available (contact support)

Custom Caller ID: US users can verify personal phone numbers to use as caller ID. Verification is free and requires access to the number being verified.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your conduct and the content of your communications while using the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities, fraud, or deception
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Make unsolicited marketing calls (spam/robocalls)
• Use automated dialing systems without authorization
• Impersonate others or misrepresent caller ID
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Share account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices and networks
• Specific call quality outcomes
• Availability in all geographic locations

We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or regulatory compliance. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by makecalls.online and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for calls to emergency services (911, etc.)
• We are not liable for telecommunications network failures

Emergency Calling: This service is not a replacement for traditional phone service. Do not rely on it for emergency calls.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay for services
• Are inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date
• We will notify you via email or in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

Material changes will be effective 30 days after notification. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account.
